Al-Koni welcomed the delegation's visit at a time when Libya began to recover from the crises it experienced over the past years, and affirmed Libya's desire for cooperation in the field of human rights.
He also reviewed the steps taken by the Libyan Presidency Council with regard to national reconciliation, which pave the way for holding the elections at the end of next December, and it was agreed to form a joint committee to consolidate prospects for joint cooperation in many fields.
