Today, oil prices recorded 69.74 dollars per barrel for Brent crude futures, and US West Texas Intermediate crude futures recorded 66.53 dollars a barrel.
Global media reports stated that oil prices today have continued their gains today, as a result of hopes for a recovery in fuel demand after the reopening of the economies of some European countries and the United States of America.
Crude oil prices recorded their third weekly gains in a row at the end of the trading sessions in the futures markets last Friday, as Brent crude contracts rose by 0.6% compared to the end of the previous week, and US West Texas crude contracts rose by 0.7%.
