Italian Carlo Ancelotti, coach of the Spanish club Real Madrid, suffered a painful blow after the royal team suffered from the absence of many players during the preparations for the start of the new football season 2021-2022 in August.
German Toni Kroos was the latest to join the list of absentees from Real Madrid, after announcing his injury today, Tuesday, as Real Madrid issued a statement on its official website stating, “After the tests that were conducted on our player Toni Kroos by the medical services in Real Madrid, his condition was diagnosed. He has pubic pain. His progress will be monitored."
And the Spanish newspaper “AS” reported that Kroos’ absence may reach two months, explaining that the player is expected to miss participation with Real Madrid for a long time because he will have to adhere to a treatment program of 6-8 weeks in order to recover from injury in the pubic area. .
The injuries also hit many other players within the ranks of Real Madrid before the new season, Danny Carvajal, Mendy and Dani Ceballos, while French striker Karim Benzema and Alvaro Odriozola suffer from infection with the emerging Corona virus “Covid 19”.
It is scheduled to start Real Madrid's campaign in the new season in La Liga against Deportivo Alaves, on August 14, at the "Mendizorosa" stadium, in the first round of the Spanish League.
