Engineer Walid Sami, Vice President of the Tennis Federation, confirmed that a large number of countries refused to host the African qualifiers for the U-14 and 16 World Cup, juniors and juniors, which will be held during the period from June 21 to 26, indicating that Egypt has become the destination of the world. To organize tournaments in all games, stressing that Egypt will fascinate the world by organizing this tournament.
Walid Sami said during the press conference to announce that Egypt will host the African qualifiers for the U-14 and 16 World Cup, juniors and juniors, which will be held from June 21 to 26,
That there are 19 African countries participating in the qualifiers, stressing that Egypt participates in the tournament with 12 male and female players, with two teams in each stage, male and female, and each team consists of three male or female players.
For her part, Dr. Rashiqa Abu Shusha, a member of the Federation’s Board of Directors, confirmed that there are medical procedures at the highest level in coordination with the Ministry of Health, in addition to that there are procedures followed for the first time in the tournaments by distancing the teams from each other during training periods and during meals.
Meanwhile, Diaa Nabil, the technical director of the Tennis Federation, confirmed that Egypt will compete strongly to qualify for the World Cup, pointing out that the Egyptian team will witness strong competition with South Africa, Morocco and Tunisia, explaining that the team prepared well to participate in the tournament and qualify for the World Cup.
