"Planning" launches a version of the "Million Entrepreneurs" campaign in sign language to empower the deaf and mute


The Ministry of Planning and Economic Development, represented by the Rowad 2030 project, launched a copy of the One Million Entrepreneurs campaign, "in sign language", and this campaign aims to qualify one million young entrepreneurs of all categories by 2030.

 

Dr. Hala Al-Saeed, Minister of Planning and Economic Development, stressed that the government pays great attention to the rights and issues of people with special needs, supports them and deals with them as partners in the homeland who have rights and duties. And qualifying them for the labor market by providing trainers at the highest level, and training programs for entrepreneurship on the Million Entrepreneurs platform, and the trainee receives a certificate of completion of the training course at the end of the program.

 

Al-Saeed explained in a press statement today, Friday, that the focus on entrepreneurship among the youth group has become one of the topics that cannot be ignored because it is closely related to the issue of economic growth, noting that the link between education and the economy is close, as education contributes to building the capabilities of manpower and developing their knowledge. Scientific studies to form an educated human force in which to instill positive attitudes about work, organization and society, thus contributing to the formation of the basic base for innovation and creativity, pointing to the keenness of developed countries to integrate entrepreneurship into national educational strategies and initiatives.

 

Dr. Ghada Khalil, Director of the Rowad 2030 Project, said that the idea of ​​launching the One Million Entrepreneurs platform “in sign language” came due to the desire to integrate these deaf and dumb youth into the development process that Egypt is currently witnessing.

 

The "One Million Entrepreneurs" campaign, which targets Egyptian youth of all ages and groups, provides: The complete online training program, with the provision of trainers at the highest level, and entrepreneurship training programs in both Arabic and English, and the trainee will receive a certificate of completion of the training course at the end of the program.

 

The training program is divided into three phases; The first phase includes getting to know the business model of startups, testing the startup idea, financial management for startups, business development for startups, building the brand for startups, effective leadership skills for entrepreneurs, the startup’s investment readiness, and from idea to project in 30 days .

 

The second phase also includes getting acquainted with the Egyptian investment law and establishing companies, Egyptian taxes, social security and the obligations of the startup, appointing and selecting employees in startup companies, managing the stages of growth and development of startups, building and developing work teams in startups, managing projects in startups, increasing the capital Money and financing for startups, decision making and problem solving for entrepreneurs.

 

Entrepreneurs in the third stage learn about creativity and innovation for entrepreneurs, data and information analysis in startups, management and development of digital products for startups, marketing and the use of social networks for startups, selling and sales management for entrepreneurs, strategic planning for startups, motivating and developing employees in companies. Startups, intellectual property laws and the preservation of the rights of startups.
