Morocco receives one million new doses of the Chinese “Sinopharma” vaccine

The Moroccan authorities have received one million new doses of the Chinese (Sinopharma) vaccine against the emerging coronavirus (Covid-19).

And the authorities stated - in a statement today, Saturday - that the new shipment arrived at Mohammed V Airport in Casablanca, coming from (Beijing) on ​​a Moroccan Airlines cargo plane.

She indicated that upon the arrival of the shipment, it was transferred to the headquarters of the refrigerated storage places in the city (Casablanca), awaiting distribution to the regions of Morocco.

It is noteworthy that the Moroccan Ministry of Health announced - yesterday, Friday - that the number of people who received the Corona vaccine reached 8 million and 57 thousand and 159 people.

It is noteworthy that the total number of confirmed cases of infection in the Kingdom reached 525,924 cases, since the first case was announced on March 2, 2020, while the total number of fully recovered cases reached 512,937 cases, while the number of deaths reached 9,233 cases.
