The Minister explained that the procedures for credit inquiry by banks have been facilitated; This helps in reducing the time required for issuing the final approval for financing the car, and reducing the number of refusals; For not inferring the place of residence or workplace, by allocating spaces on the initiative's website to record additional data that include the place of work, current residence, net income, and the landline phone number.

This was an obstacle to the successful completion of the registration process on the website, as the entry of the "vehicle model" indication was compulsory.

 

He pointed out that the new amendments allowed citizens to retrieve the "replacement request" number through the website by entering some basic data, including: the national number and the phone number registered on the site, pointing out that the website's home page has been enriched with additional information to form a complete idea of ​​the initiative's details. Such as the names of the car production companies, the brands and categories of cars and their specifications, the participating banks and their branches and addresses, and other information that answers many of the citizens' inquiries.

 

He stressed that the participants in the presidential initiative can now access the website at any time to view the status of their requests, and all the documents that the initiative administration added, such as the car allocation letter, the bank’s approval, a copy of the payment order with the value of the green incentive, insurance documents, and allowing customers to save and print pictures of these The documents, pointing out that the new amendments contribute to facilitating coordination and electronic communication between the Ministry of Finance and all parties involved in providing the services of the initiative «the General Administration of Traffic Information Systems, the participating banks, insurance companies, and car manufacturers» via the website.
