4 Reducing smoking, nervousness and tension, and it is better to stay away from them.
5 Avoid showering or washing hands with hot water and replace it with warm water.
6 Drink enough water.
The report explained that psoriasis symptoms intensify during cold weather with the fall and winter seasons for a number of reasons, including that the immune system in cold times is more stimulated to confront viruses and bacteria, and the overactivity of the immune system exacerbates psoriasis.
