Today, Monday, Argentine footballer Luca Romero underwent a medical examination in Rome before officially signing his transfer contract to Lazio.
The 16-year-old wing supports the Italian capital's attack, after Lazio recently signed with Brazilian Felipe Anderson, as he is expected to join the team's camp in Veneto (northern Italy) under the leadership of coach Mauricio Sarri.
Romero participated last season in the Spanish second division with Mallorca.
Romero is also the youngest player to participate in the Spanish First Division on June 24, 2020, when he was 15 years and 219 days old, in a match for Mallorca against Real Madrid.
Although he was born in the Mexican city of Durango, Romero wore the Argentina national under-15 and under-17 shirt, and he also holds Spanish citizenship.
