Mohamed Emara undergoes a third surgery after 3 months because of his colon


Mohamed Emara, the former Al-Ahly club star, revealed the latest developments in his health after he underwent two colon surgeries, and Emara said in statements on the “Al-Hareef” program with Walid Salah El-Din on On Sport FM radio: I felt tired for a while, and after the tests, they admitted that I had undergone surgery. I underwent surgery to remove part of my colon, but I had to undergo another operation after the operation, and after 3 months I underwent another surgery and I am in a better condition now.


He added: I underwent two surgeries in 5 days, and this exhausted me very much, and the second operation was more difficult, but praise be to God, and I thank everyone who contacted me to check on my condition.


Mohamed Emara played in the left-back position for a number of clubs such as the municipality of Mahalla, Al-Ahly and Al-Masry clubs, in addition to going through the professional experience in Germany in Hansa Rostock Club, and played for the team for four seasons in the first division, during which he won the title of best left-back in the month six times.

Emara wore the national team shirt, and won the 1998 African Cup of Nations, and worked as a coach in the junior football sector at Al-Ahly Club from the 2007-2008 season.


He also participated with Al-Ahly Club against Rome on August 11, 2002, and the match ended with Al-Ahly winning two goals against a goal, and also against Ajax Amsterdam on January 24, 2003, and the match ended with Ajax winning by two goals to one.


While he won the title of best left-back with the national team in 1998, and after retiring, he received many training courses, especially obtaining the international course for football coaches organized by the European Union in 2007.
