The President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Jordan, Muhammad Nayef Batayneh, stressed that King Abdullah's visit to Washington, as the first Arab leader to meet with US President Joe Biden, indicates the importance and depth of the relationship between the two countries.

 

Batayneh said - in a statement reported by the Jordan News Agency - on Saturday that the King's interest in meeting a number of American investors and businessmen; It will contribute to attracting direct American investments, building fruitful partnerships for both parties, and providing jobs.

 

He pointed out that the Jordanian monarch's visit to the United States will accelerate the recovery of Jordanian companies from the effects of the Corona pandemic, through American support that seeks to modernize the business environment, and directly strengthen the local economic cycle.
