The Italian Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Luigi Di Maio, said that at the second Berlin conference on Libya, an agreement was reached on everything related to this country, i.e. the points on the meeting's agenda.
Di Maio added, in statements carried by the Italian news agency, today, Thursday, that it was agreed to start withdrawing foreign forces that fought in the past on the scene, and at the same time, we confirmed that on December 24, there will be elections for a democratically elected leadership and parliament, which will then take place to form the new government.
On the consensus and disagreement, the minister stressed, "It seems that it is a far-fetched reality, but Libya is a source of concern for us, not only in terms of migrants, but also in terms of the threat of terrorism."
