Eng. Mamdouh Raslan, Chairman of the Holding Company for Drinking Water and Wastewater, has directed to form working teams from the project sector engineers of the Holding Company to pass the projects implemented by the subsidiary companies, as part of the "Decent Life Initiative", and follow up the implementation rates to ensure compliance with the set time plan.
He pointed out that the Holding Company and its subsidiary companies are implementing drinking water projects, within the presidential initiative, in the governorates of (Aswan - Luxor - Assiut - Minya - Beni Suef - Fayoum - Qalyubia - Gharbia - Damietta - Kafr El Sheikh).
Eng. Mamdouh Raslan assigned the heads of the subsidiary companies to the continuous and daily follow-up of the initiative's projects, and to coordinate with all executive bodies, and for these projects to be at the top of the companies' priorities during the coming period.
He added that the Decent Life initiative receives direct attention and follow-up from the political leadership, the Prime Minister, Dr. Asim Al-Jazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, and all ministries and government agencies participating in the initiative to achieve a qualitative leap in the lives of citizens.
Officials of the Holding Company visited Luxor governorate to pass the extension, consolidation, replacement and renewal operations at Al Kalabiah station, the villages of Asfoun, Al Dayr and Al Ghurra, as part of the implementation of the presidential initiative A Decent Life for the Development of Egyptian Villages, in the presence of officials of the Drinking Water and Sanitation Company in Luxor, and the Director General of Water At the Luxor Water Company, the General Manager of Projects at the Luxor Water Company, and the Director of the Esna Water Company.
