Sun Downs coach: We worked hard in training and we are optimistic about overcoming Al-Ahly

Mancuba Mangithi, coach of Mamelodi Sun Downs, South Africa, confirmed his optimism about overcoming the obstacle of Al-Ahly club, in the upcoming match scheduled for 3 pm tomorrow, Saturday, at the "Lucas Moribi" stadium, in the second leg of the African Champions League quarter-finals for the current season 2020-2021.

"We have worked very hard in training over the past few days. There is a lot of optimism that we are able to change things and overcome Al-Ahly's hurdle. Battle lines have been determined and ready to face tomorrow," Mangethi said in statements to the official website of the Sun Downs Club.

The coach continued, saying: "The positive energy and focus of the players is very high. We are looking very strongly for the match, because nothing can be done at the moment before the match. We must forget about the first defeat, and we trust our abilities well, our offensive capabilities are very large, and we scored many goals in the league." We have confidence that we can do the job. "

It is worth noting that the finalist from the Al-Ahly and Sun Downs match will face the finalist from the other confrontation between Tunisia's Esperance and Algerian youth Belouizdad in the semi-finals.

And the official account of the Sun Downs Club, on the social networking site "Twitter", published pictures of the team's last training before the confrontation of Al-Ahly tomorrow, commenting on them: "Putting the final touches."

Al-Ahly succeeded in resolving the first-leg match that brought the two teams together last Saturday in Cairo, with the duo of Taher Mohamed Taher and Salah Mohsen.
