Engineer Tariq Al-Mulla, Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, held a meeting to review the preparations for the system of circulation and distribution of petroleum products in the local market during the blessed Eid Al-Fitr period, and to check on the measures taken by the companies for the marketing, distribution and transportation of petroleum products (gasoline, diesel and butane) to deal with the needs of seasonal fuel consumption associated with that period .


The meeting was attended by Engineer Abed Ezzarjal, CEO of the Petroleum Authority and his deputy for the transportation and distribution of petroleum products, Eng.Magdy Tawfiq, and Engineer Mahmoud Nagy, Assistant Minister for the Transportation and Distribution of Petroleum Products, in addition to the heads of the Petroleum Cooperation, Misr Petroleum, Nile for Petroleum Marketing, Petrogas, Potagasco and Petroleum Arrows.


International cooperation launches the joint coordination cooperation platform for the petroleum sector


The Ministry of International Cooperation launched the Joint Coordination Cooperation Platform for the Petroleum and Mineral Resources Sector, under the title "Egypt Regional Energy Center: Reforms and Prospects in the Oil and Gas Sector", in the presence of Eng. Tarek El Molla, Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, and officials of major foreign and private companies operating in Egypt, including The partners of Apache, TAQA Arabia, Schlumberger and SAP, in addition to representatives of multilateral and bilateral development partners, including the World Bank, the International Finance Corporation, the African Development Bank, the German embassy, ​​and others.


This comes as part of a series of interactive meetings organized by the Ministry within the framework of the joint coordination cooperation platform, with the aim of creating interaction and integration between government stakeholders, multilateral and bilateral development partners, as well as the private sector and civil society, to implement Egypt's development vision 2030, and shed light on the sectors that have witnessed Reforms over the past years have contributed to enhancing the participation of the private sector and discussing financing opportunities within the framework of the state's priorities.


The Minister of Housing reviews the executive position of the project to develop "the wall of the stream of eyes"


Dr. Assem Al-Jazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, followed up on the executive position of the “Wall of El-Ayoun area” development project in Old Cairo, where 1692 housing units (70 buildings) are being implemented, and a commercial and administrative building on an area of ​​51 thousand square meters, and finishing works are underway in some buildings Residential.


The Minister of Housing stated that the project to develop the "wall of the stream of El-Ayoun" is part of the project to develop the Fustat area in Cairo governorate, within the framework of developing historical Cairo and returning to practice its historical, civilizational and cultural role.


In the same context, Eng. Khaled Abbas, Deputy Minister of Housing for National Projects, and Eng. Alaa Abdel Aziz, Assistant Vice President of the New Urban Communities Authority for the Development and Development of Cities, undertook an inspection tour to follow up on the progress of work in the "Wall Stream of El-Ayoun area" development project.


3 ministers discuss the draft executive regulations for the law regulating public road advertisements


Dr. Assem Al-Jazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, Major General Mahmoud Shaarawi, Minister of Local Development, and Engineer Kamel Al-Wazir, Minister of Transport, held a meeting to discuss the draft executive regulations for Law No. 208 of 2020 regarding the regulation of advertisements on public roads, in the presence of officials of the three ministries.


The ministers affirmed their agreement on the draft executive regulations for the law regulating advertisements on public roads, provided that the regulation clearly stipulates the development of incentive means for the use of new and renewable energy in lighting advertisements, stressing the need to emphasize the need to follow the rules that ensure road safety in the event of advertisements falling, and not The ads cause drivers to become distracted from driving, which puts their lives at risk.


Dr. Assem Al-Jazzar said: Law No. 208 of 2020 regarding the regulation of advertisements on public roads was issued, with the aim of establishing a unified entity under the name of the "National Agency for Advertising Regulation" that reports to the Prime Minister, and its task is to organize investment, plan, manage and evaluate advertising activities in Egypt, and set unified legislation. New that deals with the field of advertisements and banners of all kinds, and the different scope of their application, whether within local administration units or on roads of all kinds, to keep pace with developments in this field, and to cancel everything related to advertising in any other legal and legislative sources.



The Ministry of Planning signs a cooperation protocol with the "A Decent Life" Foundation


Today, the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development signed a cooperation protocol with the Karima Life Foundation regarding the integration of efforts made around the presidential initiative and the national project "A Decent Life", in the presence of Dr. Hala Al-Saeed, Minister of Planning and Economic Development.
