The Assistant Agency for Women’s Guiding and Scientific Affairs of the Agency for Women’s Development Affairs at the Presidency provides guidance, direction and scientific services for the pilgrims of the House of God, and the implementation of community initiatives and guidance directives, and it organizes scientific lessons for the pilgrims of the Grand Mosque in the form of conferences and chapels. The Assistant Undersecretary for Women’s Guidance and Scientific Affairs at the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, Dr. Noura bint Hilil Al-Dhoebi, explained that the agency provides all directive and scientific services to the visitors of the Grand Mosque, whether in the women's prayer halls or in the end and endeavor, as a large community segment is served by implementing many initiatives. Dr. Al-Dhoibi indicated that the agency takes care of persons with disabilities and provides them with distinguished services through special paths and chapels. And that the agency is preparing to translate the Friday sermon into several languages ​​from an early date and distribute headphones and provide the prayer halls with broadcast frequencies, and a "barcode" as part of the initiative (Balastakom) in the prayer halls of women who do not speak Arabic, to benefit from the Friday sermon and obtain the desired benefit. They also have a program. For children, through a "barcode", a brochure of the implantation (the Ramadan chain) that is distributed inside the women's chapels for children.


Al-Dhoibi confirmed the distribution of several electronic books in several languages ​​concerned with the status of Hajj and Umrah, jurisprudence rulings for prayer and purity and other valuable religious books, as a "barcode" is displayed in several languages ​​in the women's prayer halls, to download and benefit from the books. The agency also provides breakfast meals in the women's prayer halls throughout the blessed month of Ramadan. And it continues to implement precautionary measures and preventive measures in women's prayer halls, to preserve the safety of all visitors and visitors to the Grand Mosque.
