- M. Sherif Abu Talib: an architectural revolution with a new concept for administrative offices and shops in the heart of New Cairo

Starlight Real Estate and Tourism Development announced the launch and launch of its new project, Urban Key, in the heart of Katameya in New Cairo, to be the first mixed-use administrative and commercial gathering with a new and different modern concept, and an extension of the luxurious Katameya Creeks residential project.

Eng. Sherif Abu Talib, Managing Director and CEO of Starlight, said: We are optimistic about launching our latest project, URNB K, and offering its limited administrative units, at an investment cost of 3 billion Egyptian pounds.

Abu Talib added: We focused in URBN K on a unique architectural style that is far from the typical designs of real estate developers, a style that mixes neoclassical and Georgian in a modern, modern way that achieves a unique experience with complete privacy for users, and returns to us the heritage of downtown buildings that we missed so much.

The URNB K project consists of 6 buildings designed in a luxurious and unique architectural style, of which an entire building is devoted to a "boutique hotel" managed by one of the largest hotel management companies in the world, and each building consists of three floors with an area of 1500 square meters for each floor (with a total of 84 administrative offices and 31 commercial units), to be divided exclusively according to the needs of companies and individuals, while maintaining the highest levels of privacy and smooth movement between the different buildings.

URBN K is located in a strategic location in front of the German University, 3 minutes east to 90th Street, 3 minutes west to Ain Sokhna Road, and 3 minutes north to Ring Road, and it is one of the most attractive locations in New Cairo.

URBN K represents the perfect place for young entrepreneurs with creative and artistic ideas, as it includes all the services needed by offices and their workers to perform their daily work in an atypical and comfortable manner, from modern gyms and high-end international brands.
