Hamad Ibrahim, the general coach of the new Ismaili technical apparatus, confirmed that the physical aspect of the players is improving significantly after the recent training load was lifted and it was set up in two periods. The dervishes are preparing to resume the Egyptian League competition against the newly promoted Ceramica next Saturday at Ismailia Stadium, in the 17th week of the tournament.
The general coach of the Ismaili technical apparatus added, "The team's crisis was represented in the physical differences between the players, which was causing a crisis in the absence of one of the basic elements. We are currently working to equip everyone so that they are fully prepared and ready if any player gets the opportunity to participate."
And Hamad Ibrahim continued, "We are also working on the psychological side of the players and raising the ceiling of their ambition, which will be reflected positively on the results, as everyone at the present time has determination and motivation to achieve distinctive results that please the fans."
When asked about the extent of the team's understanding of the technical plans that Ihab Jalal, the technical director, seeks to implement, he replied: “The players are in a state of focus, and indeed they succeeded in implementing some of the plans and features that we want to implement during the last friendly, but the matter needs more time and gradually.
"We do not look at the results at all in the friendlies. Our goal is to equip all players, along with correcting mistakes, as well as implementing the strategy that we seek to emerge before the resumption of official matches," the Dervish coach previously concluded.
